Day 1
Pretest-- students will take a learning style assessment prior to Monday and on Monday will create a PowerPoint 2010 presentation. The presentations will be graded to see which module students should begin with on the tutorials (exploratory, intermediate, or advanced).
Discuss good elements of digital story while reviewing the elements of good storytelling. Students are to watch examples of digital stories using the link below to see if they are good examples of digital storytelling.
Students will be introduced to the Matt Wilson Elementary Media Wikispace (mwemedia). Students will be instructed on how to use the wiki to access modules/tutorials, websites, and other helpful links for the unit
